Training Pastors is so critical as many of them don’t have any formal theological education. Whatever methodology of doing church seems effective is regarded ideal and passionately emulated. Much of the preaching in India is topical and prosperity-centred. Hence we aim to train pastors in Expository Preaching! The local United Pastors’ Association approached Integrity Ministries seeking training for pastors. And the result is Pastoral Training program every first Thursday.
